We believe you know what you need and when you are able to review user-friendly and detailed information, you will be better able select the best professionals to meet your unique needs. By providing consumers with free and confidential access to any member's information listed on our site, it simplifies the process.

Licensing boards have been established in every state in the U.S. to set a standard of ethics, performance and professionalism for those licensed. These licensing boards have on-going educational requirements, follow-thru on any complaints filed, ability to revoke any license, are established to protect the consumer, as well as professionals attaining to a higher level of professionalism. If an individual's license if revoked, or if a person does not have a license, you should be able to find this informaiton on the state's licensing board (or through their web-site).

If a member on our site is a licensed professional (ie: license is required to practice their profession), they must list their licensures, so that consumers have confidence that the professional is licensed as indicated and continue to be in good standing with their licensing board. Unlike other sites, we do not charge consumers for this free information provided by the state boards.

We are the only site worldwide that has assembled licensure links in one easy-to-use location. Even if a licensed professional is not yet a member of our site and has not listed their in-depth information for consumers, you are still able to verify any license of any professional.

If a professional presents themselves as licensed, yet you are unable to locate them listed on the licensing boards, please contact the state licensing board for verification of that license. Unfortunately, there are unethical people who indicate they are licensed but are not. By checking licensures before seeking care, you add another layer of protection against unscrupulous individuals who may harm you or your family.

That's why this site exists...to help protect consumers, to help them find resources and professionals who can help them, and to help professionals find the type of clients they most enjoy working with in their practices. We want to connect professionals and consumers so needs are met and life is good.
