Our Mission! Print E-mail

Our mission is to...

Make a Positive Difference In Lives and to help consumers and professionals easily obtain needed information and resources.

How do we measure if our mission goals are met?

Consumers will begin to use detailed information to make better choices in their selection of professionals, based upon skills or experience rather than using only zip code or location. ForAccess.com intends to help create a paradigm shift in the way consumers search for services.

Professionals will understand that by providing in-depth information they are able to attract highly targeted referrals and more effectively meet the needs of those they serve.

Quality of care will improve as professionals strengthen their skills and obtain highly targeted referrals, the type of referrals they most enjoy working with and are most prepared to assist. This will contribute to greater satisfaction in selected careers, decreased burn-out, decreased over-work conditions, and increased likelihood that skilled professionals will continue to provide needed services long-term.

Quality of care will improve as consumers are able to locate the type of professionals they need, those who speak their language so miscommunication decreases, and will be able to more easily locate highly specialized care needed.

Quality of care will improve as consumers are able to quickly address immediate care and preventive care needs.  When this happens, it will decrease current trends indicating that many who need care do not receive that care, or that care is discontinued, due to consumers' difficulty finding appropriate resources needed.

Costs will also decrease when patients or consumers are able to find the appropriate care initially (the first time). This will prevent wasted office or home visits, unnecessary personal financial costs, added paperwork over-load, and loss of valuable time (for the patient or consumer, insurance companies, professionals and their office staffs).
